holiday recap and recovery period

Presents, family, snow, celebrations, more presents, more snow, more family, plenty of homemade cookies, some singing, even more snow*, much thankfulness for that random snow blower purchase last summer, and an excellent Christmas was had by all. It will be a holiday season to remember.

*Edited to note: Also the tiniest bit of sadness amidst all this snow that we sold our snow mobiles last winter... But in our defense, we used the funds for a pretty awesome trip to Poland. :)

Yes! I agree Poland Tops Snow mobiles!!

Plus, you just need to find a REALLY BIG HILL and when you zip down it on a sled, it will move lightening fast like a snowmobile!!! Enjoy the Season :)

Sounds like and looks like a wonderful holiday season. We sold a rental property that we had in order to fund the adoption and the trip, so I hear you on giving up in order to get. But I agree with the rest, Poland beats snowmobiles (and rental houses) any day! I can't wait to return.

Snow mobiles vs Poland, Poland wins hands down! Glad to hear 2009 ended on a high note and keep making those memories.

So very true, everyone. Poland ranks much higher than snowmobiles in our book! :)

When we talk about snowmobiles nowadays, it is mostly to imagine how much Chris would have loved riding on them!
